A week's provisioning on board

Seven dinners, the sunset aperitivo, friends coming aboard on Wednesday. For a full week we work from one list: fresh food, pantry, drinks and wine in the same delivery. No running between the supermarket and the wine shop in Salerno.
Two or three days' notice is enough. For last minute, ask anyway: most of the time it can be done.

Gourmet provisioning: we fillet the fish

We buy the fish at the market on the morning of delivery. If you want, we fillet it, portion it and it arrives vacuum packed: on board you open it and cook. No waste to get rid of, no smell in the galley.
Amberjack, sea bass, sea bream, pezzogna. Carpet shell clams, lobster and spiny lobster depending on market and season.
Meat. Chianina, Black Angus, Wagyu. Cuts for the pan and the grill, vacuum packed and portioned for however many of you are on board. And the rest. Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, cured meats and cheeses from Campania, preserves and products you will not always find in a supermarket.

Wines, sparkling and Champagne

Good bottles, not collector's items. The ones you actually open at dinner.
Reds. Aglianico and Taurasi from Campania, and the Italian reds you already know: Chianti Classico, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Primitivo, Nero d'Avola.
Whites. Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, Falanghina, Costa d'Amalfi. The ones that hold up in the heat and work with fish.
Sparkling. Franciacorta and Trentodoc for occasions, Prosecco for the everyday aperitivo.
Champagne. The houses you find on restaurant lists.
Not every label is always in stock, but the range is. Tell us the style, the occasion and the price bracket: the pairing is our job.
For a specific vintage or a particular producer it can be done, but we need at least seven days.

For small orders, even the day before.
For large provisioning runs (sailing yachts, catamarans, yachts)
get in touch two to seven days ahead.
Payment on delivery,
cash or card.

We collect you from the marina,
on weekends, within the hour,
and take you to the Decò supermarket
Browse at your own pace,
pay standard shelf prices.
We bring you and your bags back on board.

Private chef on board

A dinner at anchor, a lunch under sail,
something special to mark the occasion.
The chef arrives on board with everything:

full service start to finish.
